Luiz Arthur de Alencar is an International Affairs Analyst at the School of Communication, Media and Information at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Comunicação), with a focus on the internationalization of higher education. He works directly with the development and management of institutional partnerships, academic exchange programs, organization of international visits, and support for collaborative projects with foreign universities and organizations. He holds a degree in International Relations from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (Uerj) and has experience in bridging international cooperation, education, and institutional communication.
