Adjunct Professor
João Brant holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of São Paulo and a Master's degree in Regulation and Communication Policy from the London School of Economics. He served as Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Culture (2015–2016). He is a researcher and consultant in communication, internet, and cultural policy, having provided consulting services to institutions such as UNESCO, UNDP, the Ford Foundation, Global Partners, and OBSERVACOM, among others. He currently serves as the Secretary for Digital Policies at the Secretariat of Social Communication of the Presidency of the Republic of Brazil.
